When asked, Becca Gaines describes her hometown of Memphis as “soulful, authentic, confident and comfortable, but also strong and storied at heart – a vibrant place that celebrates individuality.” And to understand that is to know Becca and her approach to design.
After graduating from the University of Alabama with an interior design degree, Becca began honing her aesthetic under southern design mavens, such as Rozanne Jackson and Rhea Crenshaw. In 2010, she opened the doors of her own firm, B. Gaines Interior Design. Not long after, Becca answered the call of clients wanting to purchase more of the exceptional furnishings, linens and accents she uses in their homes and opened her own store. Hey Rube is a design lab that you can shop in-person or online, carrying wares like Verellen furniture, Libeco linens, curated accents and BGID label goodies.
Grateful for the privilege of helping clients create designs that reflect their personality and lifestyle, Becca thrives on building collaborative relationships. Each project, client and story becomes a fiber in the fabric that makes up the identity of B. Gaines Interior Design.
